Description: The city of Kulmbach intends to revitalize broke outgrowthers of the "old spinning mill" industrial chamber in Kulmbach to establish an art and cultural center.
In a basic conversion measure in 1999, ground floor was created the central Omnibusbahnhof and set up the youth center on the 1st floor. The historic industrial building forms the cladder.
The former industrial installations and explored pollutants have already been removed in this year.
In a further separate measure 2014, the renovation of flat roof constructions as well as the facades and the window elements in the 2nd floor.
The current expansion planning provides for the existing façade divisions and support structures to get sustainable and integrate new spaces for cultural use.
