Expansion of the Albert Schweizer primary school in Bergheim-General entrepreneur-
The Albert Schweitzer School of the district town of Bergheim is currently being run as a 2-day primary school. This school location is to be expandedbecome. Different parts of the building including gymnasium were on the property on the Ahornweg (school) and Kennedystr. (Gym) built. In the course of the OGS expansion, not only a canteen company with a kitchen is required, but also an entire totalAnother train will be housed to expand a 3-drawing primary school. The tract (UG and EC) destroyed by fire damage in 2021 is to be dismantled and a new extension is to be built there. At the moment, some of the students are in a containerhoused. The dismantling of the wing and the construction of the new building construction should be completed by August 2027 in order to restore the urgently needed premises. The construction work should take place during operation. The subject of this award procedure is the allocation of allBuilding measures to a general contractor based on a functional service description (FLB) with complementary lead details.
