Description:
As the property owner, the city of Glinde is planning to convert and expand the fire station of the Glinde Volunteer Fire Department at the Oher Weg location. The aim is to meet current needs by restructuring and renovating the existing building and building an extension become. The need calls for an expansion of at least 7 vehicle parking spaces, an expansion of the storage capacity, additional changing and sanitary areas for the female comrades and the youth fire brigade, space capacity for office use for the full-time equipment control room and an expansion around a disaster prevention hall. The basis for the planning is provided by the planning and engineering office for buildings - Dipl.-Ing. K.-A. Samsz prepared an area audit and cost estimate. In addition, the needs collected by the Glinde Volunteer Fire Department in particular form the necessary basis for planning. The aforementioned company is not excluded from the procedure in accordance with Section 6 VgV. When the invitation to tender is sent, the area check and cost estimate (at least essential excerpts) will be made available to all bidders. The construction costs are based on the expected usable area and the necessary renovation work are estimated at a total of approx. 1,464,305.51 EUR (net, KG 300+400).
