The services to be offered include the execution of a holistically rear-ventilated facade with wooden cladding on the ground floor 2nd floor and fiberglass concrete in the basement. The outlets of decentralized ventilation devices must be integrated into a wooden stand construction with aluminum cladding. BeforeHanging steel profiles (EXC 2 welding certificate required) with wooden slats 1st floor - 2nd floor and aluminum slats UG-EG serve as fall protection and privacy protection and generate a second level. Railings on escape balconies and underground courtyards should be offered in the same design. Also in the performance areaIncluded are windows and doors UG-2nd floor made of wood, in some areas made of aluminum.
