Description:
The city of Minden plans to expand and renovate the FS Kuhlenkamp special school location in two construction phases. The school location of the Kuhlenkamp special school is located in the north of Minden in the Minderheide district. The Kuhlenkamp special school is divided into several coherent parts of the building.
TheSchool complex consists of a two -storey administration building with a basement, one -storey class wing, all -day and cafeteria area as well as a sports hall with changing rooms.Structure planning
New construction/expansion 1 & 2 as well as renovation in the existing;
1.1 construction phase I.1: New construction Class wing Expansion building I
The city plans to demolish the single residential building on the school premises (caretaker's house). At the same point, a 1-storey new building with connecting structures is said toto be rebuilt to the existing main building. In the new building, six classrooms with six differentiation rooms, a workroom with an adjoining room, three teaching material rooms and a sanitary area are planned.
1.2 Construction phase I.2: New construction cafeteria extension building II
