- The district of Neustadt a.d.waldnaab plans the expansion and conversion of the Lobkowitz Realschule in Neustadt a.d.waldnaab.
The existing secondary school building must be expanded and converted in some areas.
22 classrooms have been used in the existing school building, and are also currentlyAnother 12 classes provisionally housed in containers. Together with the additional planned classrooms, this leads to the new secondary school with a total of 37 classes for a total of approx. 960 students.
In addition, extensions for specialist rooms, administration and the all -day school are planned.
Overallthe program area of the existing and expansion is approx. 7,600 sqm, including approx. 4,000 sqm of new construction.The project was carried out in 2024 an architectural competition.
