Expansion and conversion of the Lobkowitz secondary school in Neustadt an der Waldnaab - specialist planning TechnicalEquipment according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2. Los 1: HLS / building automation, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8.Los 2: Elt, plant groups 4, 5 and 6.

The district of Neustadt a.d.waldnaab plans the expansion and conversion of the Lobkowitz Realschule in Neustadt a.d.waldnaab.
The existing real school building isto expand and convert in some areas.
22 classrooms have been used in the existing school building so far, and another 12 classes are currently temporarily housed in containers.
Together with the additional planned classrooms, this leads to the new junior high school with a total37 classes for a total of approx. 960 students.
In addition, extensions for specialist rooms, administration and all -day school are planned. Overall, the program area of existing and expansion is approx. 7,600 sqm, including approx. 4,000 sqm of new construction.
