• General planning services for the redesign of the Fischen-Ofterschwang primary school, Berger Weg 9, 87538 Fischen im Allgäu. Both higher numbers of students and a higher lunchtime supervision rate are expected. According to feasibility study and decision of the school association from March 4, 2026, the measure consists of - the new construction of a simple sports hall, - the replacement construction of the existing auditorium, - the conversion and renovation of the basement of the west wing of the school for lunchtime care, - the addition of an elevator to make the entire school barrier-free, - fire protection and electrical renovation measures in the existing building - adaptation of the outdoor areas, the all-weather pitch and the bus stop - renovation of the existing sports hall by the community and conversion of its use to the clubhouse (including accommodation for the wind instruments class). The client, builder and user is the Fischen im Allgäu - Ofterschwang primary school school association and the municipality of Fischen im Allgäu for the existing sports hall. The existing school building (component East) was built in 1957 and expanded in 1995. In 1975, another building (west component) was built and expanded in 1985. Both buildings were renovated in 2009 (modernization/WDVS) and in 2018 (accessibility/elevator/fire protection). The sports hall was built in 1976. A gable roof was added in 1989 and the remaining flat roof area was renovated in 2017. The school buildings consist of a ground floor and a first floor, as well as partially used basement/attic and is located within the built-up area of ​​Fischen im Allgäu.
