Description:
The municipality of Dammbach plans to expand and modernize the St. Martin kindergarten, which was previously operated by a Catholic church foundation. The upper floor was by the church for variousPurpose (parish library, parish hall, parish office) used. The premises in the attic there are now to be rebuilt for future use by kindergarten. Due to the considerable need for renovation of the building, extensive modernization measures are required.
OneFeasibility study has already been carried out.
No extensive measures are provided for energetic renovation. The existing, approximately 6 cm thick full thermal insulation on the facade is preserved, as well as the recently exchanged windows. The planned new building and the extensions of theFacade, such as the highlighting part of the new dining room, should be carried out in accordance with the current requirements of the building energy law. The heat supply of the building is using a heat pump with underfloor heatingplanned. In addition, the installation of a photovoltaic system is intended to generate electricity....
