The subject of the award procedure is the expansion of the broadband infrastructure in the 8 lots as part of the economic gap model in accordance with the funding providers' specifications (see in particular No. 3.1 of the guideline "Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in of the Federal Republic of Germany" and §§ 5-6 of the framework regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the comprehensive development of gigabit networks).
