The city of Grevenbroich plans to expand the Brueder Grimm School in Grevenbroich. The school is to be expanded to include a canteen and prepared for four -way. The order includes the services of the object planning (building and interiors) according to § 34 HOAI in the performance phases1-9.

The city of Grevenbroich plans to expand the Brueder-Grimm School in Grevenbroich. The school is to be expanded to include a canteen and prepared for four -way.For this purpose, it is planned to tear down the three old existing buildings from the year of construction around 1960 and to convert the two newer buildings slightly. With one or more new buildings, a space requirement of approx. 1,500 sqm is to be created in accordance with the space program by an economical solution.The aim is also to minimize energy consumption in the final state as part of an entire energy concept for all buildings. The continued operation of the school during the construction phase must be ensured by interim measures. Costs in the context of a feasibility study are determined for this measuremade. These total costs include the costs of the cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276 and are currently around EUR 5.70 million gross (EUR 4.81 million net).
