Description:
The district of Unterallgau intends to use a negotiation procedure with participation competition, the awarding of the HLS specialist planning (LPH 1-9) for the expansion of the premises of the district administration of the existing district office in Mindelheim. The assignment should take place gradually. The LPH 1-2 should be commissioned in the first stage. The client intends to call up further LPH (3-9) when the planning and execution of the construction work continued. He reserves the right to commission individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance levels or on to limit individual sections of the construction work.
According to the current status, the specialist planning HLS in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 paragraph 1, (LPH 1-9) is to cover the following plant groups:
ALG 1: Wastewater, water and gas systems,
ALG 2: heat supply systems,
ALG 3: Room air -technical systems,
Optional ALG 7: Usage -specific systems and procedural systems,
Optional ALG 8: Building automation and automation of engineering structures.
All development measures (public and not public) that are required as part of the KG 200 must also be taken into account by the specialist planner.
