Expansion of the castle school in Eppstein. Service order Object planning free facilities, § 39 HOAI. Performance phases 1-9
The services to be provided include the Object Planning Operating Painting, Section 39 HOAI. It is intended to initially provide services of the service phases 1-3 according to § 39 u.11 No. 11.1 HOAI. The client reserves the right to transfer the architect to the performance of the performance phases 4-9 according to § 39 and Annex 11 No. 11.1 HOAI when continued and implement the construction work.
