Task for GU planning services for the expansion of the dining room at the residential elementary school in Bad Duerrenberg i. R. of the SCHOOL (OPEN) SPACES funding program of the IB Saxony-Anhalt with funds from the state of Saxony-Anhalt - planning services --- To provide more space for the children during school meals To achieve this, the dining room is to be expanded to the north with a single-storey solid extension. The aim should be for up to 50 students to be able to eat the meal at the same time. Furthermore, the room will also be used to carry out numerous all-day activities at the school, such as: For example, chess groups, theater groups or music groups can be used. The extension will also serve as a classroom in the event of a possible pandemic. Therefore, a space requirement per child must be taken into account in accordance with the guidelines to ensure smooth school operations under pandemic conditions. The extension should have a generous glass front with shading, which enables better ventilation of the extension. Furthermore, the extension must be integrated into the existing building technology installations such as ventilation, fire, smoke alarm, burglary, heating and electrical systems. The facilities are to be expanded in each case.
