Description:
Provision of services for building planning according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Architectural services, performance phases 1 -9 (initially gradually ordered performance phase 1 -3).
She was in 1962 with a school own Sports hall in Esslingen am Neckar built on the Zollberg. The primary school was renovated in 2002-2004. A pollutant examination in 2022 showed that the building is free of asbestos, KMF, PCB and loaded wood preservatives. The school consists of Brick masonry, steel and steel concrete supports, reinforced concrete rib ceilings and masonry and reinforced concrete walls and ceilings and a full-heat insulation composite system. The roof is a wooden structure with a brick cover and PV modules on the south roof. The school has a wooden pellet boiler.
The GS Eichendorff School is structurally geared towards two trains and is to be converted into an all -day school from the SJ 2028/29. A total of 235 pupils (students) were trained in the past school year 2024/25. In addition, there is no cafeteria and no elevator at the GS Eichendorff School is available.
The aim of the expansion is to build the prerequisite for a permanent 2-day GS with additional classes (VKL, junior class, if necessary, a year with 3 entrance classes). All measures serve to legal support, to implement.
