The planned construction project deals with the conversion and renovation of the previously unused part of the old freight station in Goerlitz, which for the period of the renovation of the main house of the main house of the Gerhart Hauptmann Theater Goerlitz as an interim venue with oneMulti-purpose hall with foyer and stage area
