Description:
An expansion of the existing patient portal is to be commissioned and patient terminals are to be procured.
The delivery service that is the subject of the tender is a supplement or extension to what already exists between the bidder and the client and is EU-wide advertised contractual relationship via a patient portal. The scope of delivery and services should, in accordance with the specifications underlying this tender or award, include the functionalities of the implementation or connection: + a system of virtual waiting rooms spatial and organizational requirements, possibility of assigning recording types and priorities as well as calling them up/assigning them to workstations with complete and loss-free integration into the existing patient portal + flexible creation of tables and filtering Management of waiting lists with complete and loss-free integration into the existing patient portal + a configurable call option (e.g. with/without an acoustic signal, virtual device management, adjustment of the texts and CI/CD on the monitor) with complete and loss-free Integration into the existing patient portal + 10 patient terminals to serve patients on site, which must be compatible with the system offered and will be expanded as part of a project funded by the KHSFV.
