Description:
The municipality of Garrel plans to expand the Falkenberg primary school to an all -day school. It is planned to create an area of approx. 1,150m2 and, if necessary, to plan some areas in the existing stock. The basic planning of the construction work should take into account that the school continues to go into operationremains. Access to school via the southern parking lot and the bus stop/bicycle shelter to the west must remain guaranteed during regular school days. Information from the existing buildings: years of construction: - approx. 1924/1954 Buildings Class wing; - approx. 1947/1953 building administration; - 2004Cultivation classroom. All parts of the building have been created in a massive construction (two-shell masonry, blinds, stb. ceilings or wooden beam situations, walm/saddle roofs with brick covering) The construction costs (kg 300 + 400) are currently being estimated at approx.
