• Description:
• The subject of the award is the property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI § 34 in all service phases (LPH 1 to 9) with a partial final acceptance after service phase 8. The feasibility study is currently based on a usable area (NUF) of a total of approx. 1,156 m², as can be seen from the room program created (see 3.1 Basics). The renovation work in the existing building D amounts to 73 m² of usable space. On the ground floor there is approx. 521 m² for the cafeteria extension and the new one Canteen kitchen provided.
