The subject of the procedure is the awarding of planning services for Engineering structures, transport systems and rainwater management based on the HOAI 2021 to expand the inter-municipal industrial area Seedorf-Waldmoessingen in four construction phases. A two -stage negotiation procedure with public participation competition and negotiation phase is carried out in accordance with §§ 14, 17 and 73 ff VGV for planning services engineering structures according to HOAI part 3, section 3, § 41 ff and planning services engineering structures HOAI part 3, section 4 § 45 ff. The following planning services based on the HOAI 2021 are to be awarded: Transport facilities Ingeniebauen With the following objects of drinking water waste water / rainwater (separation system) rainwater management with central rainwater retention The heat supply has not yet been clarified. An energy concept is currently being created.
