The city of Kronach plans to expand the Lucas Cranach primary school in Kronach to create future all-day care. ● The spatial program provides for premises for an open all -day school and a cafeteria. ● In total, total costs KG 200-700 will be assumed at around € 7.016 million.● It is a measure funded by FAG. ● A description in detail can be removed from the procurement documents-Appendix 01.Section 1, § 51) ● Temporary order of the basic services Performance phases 1 - 6 | For the time being, only level 1 / lph 1 + 2 including the associated special services | Other levels according to the contract pattern ● Special services: local construction monitoring / engineering control - reinforcement acceptance| Local construction monitoring / engineering control - wood connections - if necessary | Setting up a cargo plan, e.g. as the basis for building basic assessment and start -up counseling | Evidence of constructive fire protection, if necessary, taking into account the temperature(Hot assessment) ● Only conversion measures are to be carried out in the interior.
