Description:
The order includes the planning services of technical equipment according to § 53 ff HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI-HLS, ALG 1-3 and 8, performance phases 1-9 for the expansion of lunch care at the association school in Kalzhofen.

The school, which was built around 1970, represents a classic finished skeleton building of this time. Due to the legal requirements expected that the previous premises of lunch care in the middle school of Oberstaufen will no longer be sufficient in the future. It is for this reason required to carry out an extension. The expansion can be introduced as an extension towards the west (variant 1) or as an increase in the administration building (variant 2). In the preliminary planning stage, both variants are to be examined and then the school association be presented for the decision. In coordination with the school management, the following rooms should also be created: - 5 supervision rooms of 80 m2 (3 rooms also divisible) - 1 care room of 50 m2 - 1 storage room a 30 m2 - 1 storage room approx. 30 m2 in the outside - 1 Cleaning room - 1 toilet (emergency toilet) on every floor with the prepared preliminary draft must then be carried out by a first coordination with the government of Swabia.
