Expansion Mangfallschule, Kolbermoor - Services according to §§33 ff Hoai -LPH 1-9 (see II.2.4 and counterfeit documents).
The subject of the order is the provision of the performance of object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with Sections 33 ff HOAI - LPH 1 -9;
The city of Kolbermoor intends to expand an extension on the grounds of the school complex, which is intended to eliminate several functional and technical deficits of the school complex or the individual existing buildings.
It is planned to have a three -story extensionto build with a floor space of around 400 to 600 m2 between the buildings at Rainerstrasse 2 (Lernhaus 2) and Hasslerstrasse 6 (Dr. Flach Haus). The expansion building is said to be a constructive connection both with the building at Hasslerstrasse 6 and with the building on Rainerstrasse2 received.
The current considerations provide to create an auditorium on the ground floor of the new extension building, which also serves as a break area. A canteen for afternoon care is to be set up on the first floor. The second floor is intended to add additional rooms for theHouse afternoon care. However, the considerations in this regard are only at the beginning and have not yet been completed. Further clarification should take place as part of the planning.
