Description:
As part of the construction work, extensive services in the area of construction and earth construction must be provided. This includes in particular the production of the construction pit, including the necessary construction measures to secure the construction pit walls and the earthworks for the production of the necessary Planum.
The following services are part of the trade:
Lift and intermediate storage of soil material according to the requirements of the soil classes;
Manufacture of reinforced/anchored or freely standing conversion system (e.g. Berlin construction, carrier wall wall, sheet piling or similar) depending on the static Requirements;
Subsetting the groundwater (if necessary) including the establishment and operation of the water posture;
Transport and professional disposal of excess or contaminated excavation material in accordance with the applicable regulations;
Re -installation of suitable soil material and Production of a sustainable substructure;
Ongoing adaptation of the output to the construction progress and dismantling of the borrowing after completion of the shell construction work.
The services are taking into account the relevant technical regulations (e.g. DIN 18300, DIN 18303, DIN 4124, DIN EN 1997) and the To carry out requirements from planning and official requirements.
