Description:
The subject of the procedure are structural planning services according to HOAI 2021 for the expansion of the Olympic utility point of Freiburg-Schwarzwald.According to HOAI 2021.
The OSP requires an expansion of the functional building in order to be able to meet the requirements placed on it. The basis of the feasibility study was the presented space program, which describes the need.

based on the spatial program, 3 variants were essentially examined. The variant expansion of the existing building on the upper floor inThe south is favored and is mandatory.
The design approach of the existing building is to be continued and the entire ensemble should act as a unit.
A major advantage of this variant is that the intervention in the inventory can be reduced. That is alsoStructure of the expansion on the supporting structure of the existing lower basement. The founding costs can thus be minimized.
The existing building of the Olympic base is to be expanded against this background on the upper floor towards the south.
