Description:
The Reference Operating System (RBS) is an established survey instrument from the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB) (see https://www.bibb.de/de/12471.php). As an access panel consisting of companies that are active in training upon inclusion in the panel of different sizes and industries, the RBS enables short surveys on current topics, developments and challenges in vocational training. The surveys are currently carried out in writing and by post at most RBS companies, and at the rest by sending an email invitation to an online questionnaire via Lime Survey. To ensure quality, BIBB intends to increase the RBS panel by 300 training companies. The object and goal of the contract to be awarded is to acquire 300 so far Companies of different sizes and sectors that are willing to participate in the long term and are not included in the RBS panel and provide training in various professions regulated by the Vocational Training Act (BBiG)/Handcrafts Ordinance (HwO).
