Description:
The order includes the planning services for technical equipment in accordance with § 53 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI - HLS, ALG 1-3+8, service phases 1 to 9 for the expansion of the primary and middle school in Bissingen.
Expansion of primary and secondary school Markt Bissingen - HLS
The Bissingen school association intends to expand the elementary and middle school. The school property is located at Stillnauer Strasse 2 and has the field number 464. The Bissingen elementary school was rebuilt in 1963/1964 and expanded in 1969/1970. The two construction phases have one hip and have a total length of approx. 104 meters. The height difference in the terrain, based on the length of the school building, is over 3 meters. This is compensated for within the building by 2 staircases in the hallway, each with 8 inclines. The stock is divided into three lengths with 2 offsets. In 1988 another one was added on the north side Wings (also one-hip) attached. The two oldest wings were thoroughly renovated in 2011. A wood chipping plant was also installed as part of this. In this context, the south-side school yard was completely redesigned.
The expansion from 1969/1970 as the third part was previously excluded from the renovation. Due to the difference stairs in the two hallways, there is no barrier-free access. An elevator is missing. The existing school is two-story with flat gable roofs, i.e. ground floor + 1st floor, which is the middle section of the building partial basement...
