To ensure that the increased and forecast Number of pupils from the State Realschule Riedenburg (Johann-Simon-Mayr-Realschule) urgently needed space requirements and the implementation of the permanently secured six-wayness, the school is to be expanded.
Around 12 classrooms are to be implemented in the need -proof extension become, plus the necessary sanitary, side and other rooms. According to the current status, this results in an allocated usable area of approx. 1,200 m2.
The Realschule Riedenburg was built in 1967. In 2000 the so -called "4th extension" (now old building) was carried out with a new building of the double sports hall. Between In 2007 and 2012, the demolition and partial new building of the school and the renovation of the teaching swimming pool were realized.
The now planned "Expansion South" should be on the parcel 400/38 according to an area study (currently parking lot). Part of the adjacent parcel 400/20 is still to be purchased (for parking areas).
