To The school is intended to expand the space requirement of the State Realschule Riedenburg (Johann-Simon-Mayr-Realschule), which rose and forecast by the State Realschule Realschule (Johann-Simon-Mayr-Realschule) and the implementation of the permanently secure six-way.
In the need for needs Extension construction is to be implemented approx. 12 classrooms, plus the necessary sanitary, side and other rooms. According to the current status, this results in an allocated usable area of approx. 1,200 m2.
The Realschule Riedenburg was built in 1967. The so -called "4th extension" took place in 2000 (now Altbau) with new construction of the double sports hall. Between 2007 and 2012, the demolition and partial new building of the school and the general renovation of the teaching swimming hall were realized.
The current school building of the Realschule Riedenburg with a schoolyard, sports hall, apprenticeship hall and parking lot is available the parcels 511 and 400/38. The now planned "extension south" is said to be on the parcel 400/38 according to an area study (currently parking lot). Part of the adjacent parcel 400/20 is still to be purchased (for parking areas).
