Description:
The contractor is obliged to provide all basic services in accordance with HOAI 2021, Appendix 15 based on the planning basis in service phases 1-9. The aim of the planning is to develop a functional, economically viable solution that can be approved under construction and planning law, which sensibly integrates the structural expansion of the existing daycare center into the overall urban and architectural image of the existing building. The depth of intervention into the existing building structure should be kept as low as possible in order to ensure that the daycare center's operational processes are maintained during the construction period maintained as far as possible. The planning must take into account the relevant requirements for fire protection, accessibility as well as heat and sound insulation. In addition, an energy-efficient, sustainable construction method that meets the state of the art and municipal requirements should be striven for corresponds to goals in the area of climate protection.
