Description:
The hospital foundation's old people's and nursing home in Kaufbeuren currently consists of a building ensemble that has developed in several construction phases. The existing development is renovated in the course of the construction work in terms of fire protection in order to correspond to today's regulations, in addition a Cultivation with barrier -free apartments according to DIN 18040 and an old component broken off in return. As part of the construction work, a central, publicly accessible park for the residents of the old people's home will be created, which of high quality and barrier -free on the needs of User is planned tailored.
