Description:
The vocational school center north in Wismar is to be supplemented by a school expansion construction with a student dormitory at the Luebsche Strasse 207 location. This measure is to replace the branch in Zierow from 2030.
The winning design determined in the context of a planning competition orders the existingWinkel-shaped school building attracts the new three-storey school dormitory, so that a U-shaped ensemble is created, but without a structural connection.
An underground car park is ordered under the building. The student dormitory is planned as a single -dated with a flap closure.
