The subject is the provision of all necessary general planning services with an upstream feasibility study for the technical/ structural building duty of the ZAL TechCenter for the implementation of test stalls for liquid hydrogen and fuel cells. The following planning disciplines: - Object planning Buildings and interiors in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI - Planning free systems according to §§ 38ff. 1.2.4 HOAI - spatial acoustics in accordance with Annex 1.2.3 HOAI - Fire protection planning according to AHO 17 - The aim of drainage planning is to create a planning that ensures the funding guideline compliance, the approval, commissioning and acceptance ability as well as an unusual -restricted operation of the two research tests.
