The development of electric motors is still a time-consuming and science-intensive task, which includes many production and test steps. For a holistic understanding of the key indicators for performance, reliability and durability, it is important to the experimentalTest activities of the key technical components of the electric motor to pay special attention. For this purpose, it is necessary in the context of the test procedures for the Climaflux project, in which a new -like electric motor with axial magnetic flow is developed, a number of externalTo carry out the test procedures to examine the performance indicators of a number of rotor slices of different types. This movable assembly, the rotor disk, is a key component of the entire electric motor and of particular importance for the successful implementation of theProject.

A number of test procedures are required for holistic verification and more comprehensive validation. It is necessary to carry out specific string tests in order to demonstrate the declared quality features and to select the best iteration of the rotor disk and theTo confirm the correctness of the production decisions (mass, power limits, geometry, etc.), in particular to evaluate the performance with regard to the top speed and the effects on the power density (acceleration tests, destructive and non -destructive tests).
