Description:
In 2017, the sewage sludge ordinance (derailing) was rebuilt. In Section 3 (1) of the version valid from 1.1,2029, it was stipulated that from 2029 the recovery of phosphorus is mandatory for all sewage treatment plants -
Depending on various technical parameters (especially phosphorus content in the sewage sludge). These requirements are linked to a simultaneous ban on agricultural recovery for sewage sludge from large systems. The basic requirement for the phosphorus recovery (P recovery) results, even before 2029, from Section 3 (1) of the Disabavation: "The sewage slinge generator must use the sewage sludge that arises in its sewage treatment system as high as possible, insofar as this is technically possible and economically reasonable is. Here, a recovery of phosphorus and a return of the phosphorus obtained or the phosphorus containing sewage sludge are to be sought in the economic cycle. ”
