• The local transport plan is the basis for strategic decisions and measures of a municipality in public transport-relevant plans. These are particularly stipulations in terms of line and network design, but also to the definition of the quality of the offer and promotion. The Council in April 2024Mobility Mobility Muenster 2035+ (hereinafter MMM 2035+) has decided to the city of Muenster places significant requirements for the long -term development of mobility and thus also of public transport in the city of Muenster.
