Description:
The Federal Ministry of Family, Seniors, Women and Youth (hereinafter referred to as BMFSFJ) and the subordinate authority, Federal Center for Child and Youth Media Protection (hereinafter referred to as BZKJ) have set themselves the task of introducing the "EMAS" environmental management system in 2025 in their property in Bonn (Rochusstraße 8-10).
The BMFSFJ and the BZKJ appear as a community of clients and assign the order together.
The subject of this contract is the
- Assessment (BMFSFJ in Bonn and BZKJ 2025; BMFSFJ in Berlin [Glinkastraße & Mauerstraße] in 2026) of the first environmental examination, environmental management system, the procedure for environmental auditing and its implementation as well as the validation of the environmental statement. The environmental management system is examined in accordance with the guidelines of the environmental appraisal committee on the tasks of the environmental appraiser according to Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2009 (EMAS):
o Phase 1: Preparation (preliminary examination, written agreement, vote, assessment program)
o Phase 2: Implementation (insight into documents/on-site inspection/validation of environmental information)
