Description:
For test tasks within the framework of mining law procedures, operating planning appeals and acceptance examinations, the services of a recognized expert or an expert organization according to the mountain regulation for shaft and diagonal funding (BVOS) are both on the construction siteof the AG (Konrad 1 shaft system) as well as in third parties (manufacturers, contractors of the AG).
The implementation of the requested exams/acceptance according to the BVOS sets the recognition of the contractor or the employee employed by the contractor by the State Office forMining and geology of Lower Saxony (LBEG) as an expert in accordance with Section 23 of the ABBERGV.etc.)
