Description:
The authorities responsible for local rail passenger transport, ZOePNV Sued and SPNV-Nord, the Rhein-Main Verkehrsverbund and the Saarland Ministry for the Environment, Climate, Mobility, Agriculture and Consumer Protection have awarded the transport services of the so-called "Diesel network Southwest Lot 2" throughout Europewrote. This essentially relates to SPNV services on the Frankfurt - Mainz - Bad Kreuznach - Saarbruecken and Mainz - Alzey - Kirchheimbolanden rail routes.
The contract was awarded to the offer from Netinera, which has been operating traffic on the above-mentioned routes since December 2014 f"Lint 54 and 81" vehicles from Alstom.
There are 63 vehicles in total, and the contract term is 22.5 years.
In order to ensure that the vehicles are in good condition over the long term, the above-mentioned transport authorities (AT) would like expert support from Fvehicle maintenance for an estimated eight (8) years of the remainder of the contract period.
