The city of Oberharz am Brocken intends to promote a renovation of the existing building and a partial new building to revitalize the Harzbad as an important measure to increase the attractiveness and promote the tourism infrastructure through the funding program "Improvement of the regional economyruktur (GRW)" / European Regional Development Fund (promotion of infrastructure projects). According to the guidelines for GRW infrastructure funding - announcement of the coordination committee of the joint task "Improvement of the regional economic structure" of March 1, 2021 with publicationRelease on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021, Banz AT March 2nd, 2021 B 1 - the following principle according to "Point. 3.1.5 Involvement of private entrepreneurs: Before the funding is approved, the infrastructure provider shouldstructural measure examine whether and to what extent the involvement of private entrepreneurs enables cost and/or time savings in the provision of public infrastructure services.
