- The district of Nienburg/ Weser plans to build a new fire brigade center (FTZ) in the Lemke industrial area, Marklohe. It is a replacement for the existing FTZ in Verdener Landstrasse in Nienburg.
The space program comprises approx. 8,200 m2 of usable areas, as well as approx. 9,140 m2 outdoor areas- movement and practice areas. An approx. 3.4 hectares of construction is available for this.
