- In the Thalia Theater Hamburg, the sanitary cores for employees from the 1st basement to the 6th floor will be renovated in sections during the 2026-2028 season breaks. The subject of the service is extended shell construction and demolition work in the existing building under complex logistical requirements Framework conditions. This includes, in particular, construction site equipment (also for other trades), demolition work, preparatory measures for subsequent finishing work as well as small-scale masonry, plastering and screed work. The execution takes place within the playing time breaks in two or three shift operations. Close coordination with trades working in parallel as well as taking into account the special building structure and limited transport routes are absolutely necessary.
