Extension and conversion of House V - property planning buildings and interiors
The state capital Dresden is planning to expand and convert House V - Institute for Laboratory Medicine and pathology at the Friedrichstadt location of the Dresden Municipal Clinic. The aim of the construction project is the professional centralization of the various laboratory diagnostics, which are currently housed at different locations, as well as the preparation for future automation and the Creation of suitable spatial structures
The subject of the planned commission is the property planning of buildings and interiors in service phases 2 to 8 of the performance profile § 34 HOAI 2021.

The required specialist planning services for object planning, laboratory planning, structural planning, specialist planning of technical equipment (HLSK and ELT), fire protection, building physics and outdoor facilities are commissioned by the client in parallel.
There will be no funding for the measure requested. The financing comes from the state capital Dresden's own funds. The client's cost specifications must be adhered to.
