Check Point Firewall Subscription and Supports with a term of three years and professional services. Frame The Professional Services includes the following activities with an estimated effort in the amount of 45 days during a term of three years:-German-speaking hotline/ technical support with dedicated email address and telephone number (24x7)-Two defined technical contacts according to Chapter 4.1 and a contact person in accordance with Chapter 4.2 and 4.3 - if necessary: Conducting attack scenarios and re -enacting problems in a test laboratory/ test environment (location in Germany) - Support in the installation of patches, updates, upgrades, Releases/ new versions - Support in the solution of LNCITTS with regard to Check Point - Support in the implementation of planned maintenance work - Support in the documentation of changes, innovations, etc. in the existing environment - proactive information from the client at Knowing weaknesses within the Check Point Software as well as innovations at Check Point - Support in the introduction of Cloud connection - Support in checking the Check Point Firewall regulations at an annual distance (Health Check based on Best Practice...
