Lot 09: Drywall
Extension of classrooms and support rooms as well as the renovation of the existing building of the Waren West Regional School - Lot 09: Drywall construction
The city of Waren (Mueritz) intends to convert, renovate and expand the Waren/West Regional School on the Friedrich-Engels-Platz property 10 in 17192 Waren (Mueritz). The aim is to expand the space available against the background of an increased number of students and to create rooms that meet today's requirements for modern learning and working and thus ensure future-proof school operations.
It The plan is to supplement the existing building with extensions and by adding more floors to the three-story parts of the building. The extensions will be constructed using solid construction (masonry in combination with reinforced concrete), and the extension will be constructed using timber construction.
