• Description:
• The Sievershausen elementary school at Kantstrasse 21, 31275 Lehrte is to be expanded. There is a spatial program for the extension to be planned, the usable areas (NUF) of which add up to around 590 m². This is divided into a cafeteria including toilets, School area (differentiation rooms) and rooms for afternoon care. Based on a feasibility study and consideration of location variants, a location on the school's existing site was determined, location variant C3. On this one The extension is to be implemented on a single floor. The room layout concept of the feasibility study resulted in an approximate gross floor area (GFA) of 785 m².
