Description: The urban real estate service (ISM) plans to expand the high school's high school "on the Hönne" in Menden, which is to be built on the currently paved area of the Bolzplatz, in addition to the sports hall. The new three-storey building is not basement and extends approximately over a floor plan of 70 m x 30 m and has a maximum height of 15 m. The northern building side adjoins the existing sports hall on the ground floor.
The subject of the advertised contract are the room air systems required for the new building, heating systems, water heating systems and water, wastewater and installation equipment.
