The construction project is located in the town of Breisach am Rhein.

The Julius Leber School will be built in several construction phases in the coming years
comprehensively renovated and be expanded. The subject of this tender is:
Construction phases 1 and 2, which will be implemented in around two years from summer 2025 should as well as construction phase 3, which is to be realized as follows:
• Advance measures: relocation of lines
• Construction phase 1: Addition and expansion of GTS (all-day school with cafeteria)
• Construction phase 2: New secondary school building with connection to the existing building
• Construction phase 3: new building Primary level
For accounting reasons, construction phases 1 and 2 (= lot 1)
and 3 (= lot 2) are advertised separately, even if the services are identical.
