Description:
The aim of this award procedure is to extend the licensing and provide support services for the telephone service of the IKT-Ost AoeR sponsoring administrations. The service period begins on January 1st, 2026 and ends on December 31st, 2028 with monthly billing. It is exclusively new for the German-speaking market. Remanufactured / refurbished licenses/devices are not permitted.
Service period 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2028 - Andtek for the city of Neubrandenburg, the Mecklenburg Lake District and the Vorpommern-Greifswald district: operation, maintenance and support of Andtek applications in conjunction with CUCM - Ferrari FAX for the Mecklenburg Lake District and Vorpommern-Greifswald districts as well as the city of Neubrandenburg - Cisco hardware support for the city of Neubrandenburg, Mecklenburg Lake District and Vorpommern-Greifswald district - Cisco Software support for the districts of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Vorpommern-Greifswald as well as the city of Neubrandenburg - Rental of hardware components due to the end-of-life status (EoL) of existing devices - Provision of services for the city of Neubrandenburg, Mecklenburgische district Lake District and District of Vorpommern-Greifswald - Licenses for the districts of Mecklenburg Lake District and Vorpommern-Greifswald as well as the city of Neubrandenburg (Sub916501, Sub1284014, Andtek licenses, Ferrari electronic AG licenses)
