Description:
The project includes the planning and turnkey establishment of an expansion new building from the high school and the outdoor facilities as part of an alternative procurement as a total entrepreneur/total acceptance model (PPP holder model) and the interim financing of these services. The currently temporarybuilt -up school room containers must be recreated or moved as part of the construction work. The client expects a comprehensive overall offer for planning, construction and intermediate financing services as well as the maintenance services within an extended warranty period (liability for defects).For the Michelsenschule high school in Hildesheim, the district plans to expand the existing high school with a new building. This new building is primarily intended for the class clusters of secondary level I (5th - 10th grade, four -day). According to the voted spatial program, the new extensioninclude a usage area (NUF) of around 2,900 m2. The new building is to be built as part of a total entrepreneur/total acceptance model. Based on a functional construction service description with a space program, the contractor has all the necessary planning and construction workto provide the school for the ready for use of the school, including all outdoor facilities and the maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the settlement of the technical systems.
